Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the market is notified of the following:
The Company's capital consists of 103,466,716 ordinary shares of 25 pence each. ZincOx does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in ZincOx is therefore 103,466,716.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in ZincOx Resources plc under the DTRs.
