Directors Granted Options
The Company announces that on 10 May 2011, the directors of the Company were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a subscription price of 51.5 pence per ordinary share. The number of ordinary shares under option granted to each director is as follows:
