ZincOx Resources PLC26 February 2008 ZincOx Resources plc ("ZincOx" or "the company") Board Changes and appointment of Company Secretary at ZincOx Resources plc Rod Beddows is today appointed a non-executive director of the company. Rod has20 years experience as a strategy consultant and financial adviser to mining andmetals companies; for the last five years as Chief Executive of Hatch CorporateFinance and before that he founded and was chief executive of Beddows and Co,one of the steel industry's foremost consultancy groups. He is also on theboard of the Aluminium recycler, Recovco Ltd. He will serve on the nominationand remuneration committees. Peter Wynter Bee is today appointed a director of the company. Peter has workedas General Counsel and head of commercial affairs, involved with every aspect ofthe company's business since its formation. He is a solicitor with over 25 yearsexperience in private practice, in house with KPMG and subsequently with ReunionMining PLC. He will be responsible for the group's legal and commercial affairsand human resources. Deborah Paxford is today appointed Company Secretary. Deborah was admitted as asolicitor in 1995 and spent eight years in private practice with two leadingLondon law firms and over five years as an in-house lawyer with a softwarecompany. Deborah joined the company in June 2007. Commenting on the announcement, Andrew Woollett, ZincOx's chairman said: "I amdelighted to welcome Rod Beddows and Peter Wynter Bee to our board.
