Zamano PLC25 April 2007 zamano Plc ("zamano" or "the Company") Appointment of Director The Company is pleased to announce the appointment to the board of Mr Cormac OTighearnaigh, B Comm, FCA, to act as Finance Director to the Company, commencingMay 21st. Mr. O Tighearnaigh, a 38 year-old Chartered Accountant, trained with PWC inDublin. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and operationalfinancial management. He was previously employed by private equity firm Allen McGuire, where he workedon a number of transactions. The largest of these was the acquisition in July2000 of Adare Group - a print, packaging and mailing group of companies withsales of over €200m. Adare was quoted on the Dublin and London stock markets atthe time. Mr O Tighearnaigh subsequently joined founder and Chief Executive, NelsonLoane, on the Board of Adare, when he was appointed Group Finance Director. Themanagement team achieved margins significantly and consistently ahead ofindustry averages, and generated substantial returns for investors when it wasdisposed of last year for more than €150m.
