Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at Governor's House, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9SS on 19 December 2023 at at 10:00 a.m. (GMT).
