Trading update
Multimedia producer Ten Alps Plc ("Ten Alps" or the "Company") has received notification from the Department for Education that the Teachers TV project has been terminated, to take effect on 29 April 2011. No prior notification had been given. The directors will consider the options available to them in relation to the online TV project.
Separately, following an ongoing review of the Company's business by the Board, Ten Alps has commenced a reorganisation of its business streams in order to reduce overheads and simplify the Company's offering in the marketplace.
The directors will make further announcements as required.
