PDMR Share Purchase
Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that Fiona Stourton, Creative Director of TV purchased 294,118 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 June 2018 at a price of 0.68p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Fiona Stourton is interested in a total of 294,118 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
