AGM update
This announcement provides an update to Zinc Media Group plc's (the "Company") arrangements for the 2021 Annual General Meeting as detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting published on 22 April 2021.
In order to comply with the UK Government's current measures in place to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, and to protect the health and safety of shareholders, workforce and officers, the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 28 May 2021 (the "2021 AGM") will be a closed meeting. This means that, regrettably, shareholders, third-party proxies and corporate representatives will not be able to attend the 2021 AGM. The board of directors is committed to returning to an open format when UK Government measures relating to Covid-19 are eased.
