Change of accounting reference date

Ten Alps Plc ("Ten Alps" or the "Company"), producer of high quality TV and radio together with integrated publishing and communications content, today announces that it has changed its financial year end from 31 March to 30 June.

Accordingly, the Company's next audited accounts will cover the 15 months to 30 June 2014 and subsequent financial years will end on 30 June in the relevant year. The Company will release unaudited interim accounts for the six months ended 31 March 2014 before 30 June 2014.
