Grant of Options
Factual media companyΒ Ten Alps plcΒ - producing TV, online and print - hasΒ granted options, on 2 April 2009,Β over a total of 276,000Β new ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 27p per share to certain directors of the Company under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("USOS") as detailed below.
The USOS options will vest between 3Β AprilΒ 2012 andΒ 02 AprilΒ 2019. There are no performance conditions required to be satisfied pursuant to vesting / exercise.
