Ten Alps plc
Appointment to the Board
Ten Alps Plc ("Ten Alps" or the "Company"), the factual media company, announces the appointment of, Adrian James Dunleavy as Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr Dunleavy, aged 44, joined Ten Alps through the acquisition of McMillan Scott Plc in 2006 and since that time has run the group's Communications Division as its Chief Executive.
Adrian has held a number senior management positions including board appointments throughout his career. He has served on the boards of National Tyre Services Limited, Nationwide Accident Repair Services plc and McMillan-Scott plc in an executive capacity.
The operational structure of the group is unchanged, with Nitil Patel continuing to run the Content Division of the company as well as being group Finance Director and Alex Connock as group Chief Executive.
Ten Alps also has three non-Executive directors: Bob Geldof, Tim Hoare and Brian Walden.
