The Company has today made application for a total of 224,390Β ordinary shares of 2p each ("New Shares") to be admitted to AIM in connection withΒ shares to be issued asΒ deferred consideration for the acquisition of DBDA by the Company following the business of DBDA meeting certain pre-agreed performance targets.
Admission of the New Shares to AIM is expected to occur on 7 July 2008.
