The Company has been informed that Suzi Williams purchased 2797 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £17.157 per share on Monday 29 June 2026.
Following this transaction, Suzi Williams has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 10,655 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
