Appoints the Robert Price Group as Stockist And Distributor in Wales

Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of fire safety and heat management technology solutions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a sub-distributor agreement with Robert Price (Builders Merchants) Limited ("Robert Price").

Robert Price is the largest independent builders' merchants in South East Wales, with 27 branches across the region and surrounding areas. Robert Price's customers include house builders, private and commercial contractors, public sector organisations, self-builders, local tradespeople and 'DIYers'.

Under the agreement, Robert Price will stock Zenova's range of thermal insulation and fire safety solutions, selling them through its branches and online via its website. In addition, Robert Price will have a permanent display of Zenova's solutions at its Sustainable Energy Centre in Newport which will demonstrate the effectiveness of Zenova's solutions to customers and increase the brand awareness of Zenova.

An initial order to stock Zenova's full product range has been placed and we look forward to building on this relationship.

Robert Price has been nominated as a PFH (Procurement for Housing) supplier and NPS (National Procurement Service for Wales) Framework supplier to the public sector in Wales. This will assist in addressing the dual issues of poor insulation and fire safety in homes, these are issues which Zenova's innovative insulation and fire safety solutions are designed to help solve."

Patent pending next generation ceiling sprinkler filled with proprietary Zenova Fluid (Zenova FXB) that removes the need to install large fluid tanks, piping, complicated equipment, and software. This sprinkler could be installed in the kitchen.
