RENOUNCEABLE CLAW-BACK RIGHTS OFFER
EXTENSION OF PERIOD FOR TRADING OF LETTERS OF ALLOCATION (LAs) ON THE LUSAKA STOCK EXCHANGE (LuSE) AND THE OFFER PERIOD
INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the Listing Rules of the Lusaka Stock Exchange ("LuSE") and further to the Declaration Announcement dated Friday, 11 April 2014 and Finalisation Announcement dated Tuesday, 15 April 2014, shareholders are advised that the period for trading or dealing in Letters of Allocation ("LAs" or "rights") on the LuSE and Claw-back Rights Offer period, in regard to the ZCCM-IH Claw-back Rights Offer, has been extended to 27 June 2014.
BASIS OF EXTENSION
ZCCM-IH has noted that many shareholders have experienced delays in receiving their Claw-back Rights Offer Circular document (and LAs) via the post, and hence the Company has decided to extend the trading period for LAs and the Rights Offer Period to Friday, 27 June 2014. The revised time line for the trading of LAs and the Claw-back Rights Offer Period is shown under the revised Salient Dates and Times below.
It should be noted that as per this Extension of Period of LA's trading and Offer Period Announcement the Claw-back Rights Offer will now close on Friday, 27 June 2014, and not Friday, 13 June 2014 as previously declared.
