Director/PDMR Dealings
YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified on 18 December 2019 that Global Shares Ireland Ltd (the Company's share plan and corporate nominee administrator) used proceeds from dividends received on 16 December 2019 to purchase Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company at a price of £6.57 per Ordinary Share on behalf of a Director and PDMRs as noted in the below tables. These purchases were part of the automatic dividend reinvestment programme in respect of employee shareholdings.
Following the dividend reinvestment, Sundip Chahal (Chief Operating Officer) is beneficially interested in 877,073 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
In a separate transaction, on 19 December 2019 Rosemary Leith (Non-Executive and Senior Independent Director) notified YouGov that she had purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following the share purchase, Rosemary Leith is beneficially interested in 12,269 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
