Further to itsΒ announcementΒ on 22 February 2010, YouGov plc, the international online market research agency, announced today thatΒ as expectedΒ Nadhim Zahawi hasΒ now stepped down from the role ofΒ JointΒ Chief Executive Officer of the Company, following a handover period, and that Stephan Shakespeare is now the sole Chief Executive Officer.Β Nadhim Zahawi will, as also previously announced, remain a non-executive director of the Company and will immediately resign from the BoardΒ ifΒ he is elected as a Member of Parliament at the forthcoming General Election.
