Today, 13 June 2022, the company was notified by Tracy Dodd (People Director) that she had sold 1,240 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (sold at £12.88 per share) on 10 June 2022. The shares were sold to cover a tax liability arising from a deferred annual bonus share award made in June 2019.
