Premaitha Health PLC, a molecular diagnostics company employing next generation DNA analysis technology to develop molecular diagnostic products, announces that its 2014 Report & Accounts for the year to 31 March 2014, together with a notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at The Royal Institution of Great Britain, 21 Albermarle Street, London W1S 4BS at 11.00 a.m. on 04 November 2014, has been sent to all shareholders.
