Board change
The Company has been informed by Michael Kelly that he wishes to step down as non-executive director of ViaLogy with immediate effect in order to focus on his other business interests.
Terry Bond, Chairman, commented "for the last seven years ViaLogy has been privileged to have Michael as a board member. His efforts on behalf of the company have been exceptional over a period which has seen ViaLogy move from an investment business through to an operational company at the early stages of exploiting its unique technology.
