Result of General Meeting
Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM:XSG), the developer and provider of patented polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, confirms that all resolutions were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today. Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce that it has, subject to Admission, successfully raised approximately £25 million. The proceeds will be used to accelerate commercialisation of the Group's portfolio of applications; and for continued investment in polymer science and engineering and the creation of intellectual property in support of commercialisation of applications.
The Placing Shares have been issued and allotted, conditional only on Admission to AIM. It is expected that the Placing Shares will be admitted to AIM and that dealings will commence on 29 December 2017. Following the Placing, the Company's Enlarged Share Capital will comprise 99,169,956 Ordinary Shares.
No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, this figure of 99,169,956 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following Admission, the members of the Concert Party will have the following interests in Ordinary Shares.
