Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'the Group', 'Xeros'), the developer and provider of water saving technologies with multiple commercial applications, announces that Dr. Richard Ellis has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Richard is stepping down in line with his retirement plans.

David Armfield, Chairman, said:

"I would like to thank Richard for his contribution over the last four and a half years and we wish him well in his retirement. During this period Xeros has developed from being a single application in a single market to one with a range of products being progressively licensed in multiple geographies."
