Xtrackers S&P Select Frontier Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0328476410)

(the “Sub-Fund”)

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Fund (the "Shareholders") that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC in its capacity as index administrator (the “Index Administrator” or “S&P DJI”), have announced the below information in relation to the S&P Select Frontier Index (the “Reference Index” of the Sub-Fund).

We refer to the following announcement 1466402_sp-extended-frontier-150-sp-select-frontier-update-9-15-2023.pdf (spglobal.com).

“As a result of market liquidity issues in the foreign exchange market and significant delays in capital repatriation for stocks listed in Nigeria, S&P DJI has decided to remove Nigeria-domiciled constituents from the S&P Select Frontier and S&P Extended Frontier 150 Indices.

The constituents will be removed at a zero-price, given the distortion between the parallel and official exchange rates for the Naira and to facilitate index replicability.

This change will become effective prior to the market open on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, in conjunction with the semi-annual review of the indices.”

Shareholders should be aware that this may have an impact on the value of the Reference Index, the net asset value and/or the secondary market trading prices of the Shares of the Sub-Fund. As of 25 October 2023, the Nigeria-domiciled constituents represent a combined weight of 4.77% of the Reference Index.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”) unless the context otherwise requires.
