Purchase of Shares and PDMR Notification
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The following notification made in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation relates to a transaction by Mr Tom Cross Brown, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities, who has purchased 2,890 ordinary shares pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer by the Company. Following the transaction, Mr Cross Brown's shareholding in the Company increased to 38,861 ordinary shares.
