Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 12 August 2011 Peter Jones acquired an interest in 35,634,201 ordinary shares of the Company from PDJ Shelf 1 Limited at a price of 2.425p per share, being the price of the Company's shares at close of business on 12 August 2011. These shares were previously included within Mr Jones' interest in the Company's shares due to his shareholding in PDJ Shelf 1 Limited. These shares are now held by PJ for himself and on trust for the shareholders of PDJ Shelf 1 Limited in the same proportions as they held shares of PDJ Shelf 1 Limited. Accordingly, as a result of this transfer, there has been no change in the voting rights or economic interest of Mr Jones in the Company.
