Block Listing Application
A block listing application has been made for 5,200,000 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.0005 each in the Company to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
The new ordinary shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the allotment of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee Sharesave Plan and long term Performance Share Plan.
It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 19 January 2018. New shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
