XP Factory, one of the UK's pre-eminent experiential leisure businesses operating the Escape HuntTM ('EH') and Boom Battle BarTM ('Boom') brands, announces ahead of today's Annual General Meeting (AGM") of the Company that Independent Non-Executive Chairman Richard Rose has informed the Company of his intention to stand down from the Board.

May 2026 will mark Richard's ninth anniversary as Non-Executive Chairman and his decision to stand down is in line with best practice under the QCA Corporate Governance Code. Richard will seek re-election at today's AGM in accordance with Resolution 6 in the Notice of AGM and then intends to continue in the role whilst the Company initiates a process to identify and appoint his successor. Further announcements will made by the Company as appropriate.

As previously announced, today's AGM will take place at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.
