Important Notice to Shareholders ofXtrackers MSCI Russia Capped Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0322252502) relating to suspension of trading on the London Stock Exchange
(the “Sub-Fund”)

Dear Shareholder
Further to the ever developing situation between Russia and Ukraine, in addition to the suspension of the determination of the Net Asset Value and the issue and redemption of Shares as well as the right to convert Shares of the Sub-Fund (as notified to investors on 1 March 2022), we hereby inform you that the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”), issued an announcement on close of business, 04 March 2022, stating that:
“the London Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) notes the deterioration of market conditions in respect to the ETF market for products with substantial Russian exposure and in order to maintain orderly markets, the Exchange has suspended the admission to trading of the instruments listed below, in accordance with Rule 1510 of the Rules of the London Stock Exchange, with immediate effect. The effect of this announcement is that, as of 7 March 2022, Shares of the Sub-Fund will no longer be able to be traded on the LSE until further notice.
Shareholders will be kept informed of any developments including the lifting of the suspension on the LSE on www.xtrackers.com.
