XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading global digital performance publisher, has been notified that on 21 June 2022, Nigel Leigh, Chief Information Officer and persons closely associated with him purchased a total of 105,478 Ordinary Shares at a price of 28.375 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Leigh and persons closely associated with him have a total beneficial interest in 105,478 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.040% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 262,586,405 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
