Director Share Purchase
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 2 May 2019, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 297,029 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 4,853,764 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.31% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 210,297,313 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
