Change in Director's disclosable interest
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, today announces that following the sale of shares by Webpals Enterprises Partnership Limited ("WELP") announced earlier today, the disclosable interest in the Company of Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, has been reduced. This change results from Mr. Weihs' indirect economic interest in (with no voting rights attaching to) WELP.
As a result of the transaction, which was completed at 100 pence per share, Mr. Weihs' interest has reduced by 3,973,333 ordinary shares to 6,834,423 (approximately 3.41% of the Company), of which 2,360,417 ordinary shares (approximately 1.18% of the Company's issued share capital) are held directly and 4,474,006 (approximately 2.23% of the Company's issued share capital) relate to his interest in WELP. Mr. Weihs also continues to hold options over 179,583 ordinary shares in the Company.
