Total Voting Rights
Voting Rights and Capital as at 25 March 2014.
This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.
As at 25 March 2014 Xchanging plc's issued share capital is 243,426,959 ordinary shares of 5p each, of which:
- 242,161,959 ordinary shares have voting rights; and
- 1,265,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury (the voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended).
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Xchanging plc is 242,161,959.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Xchanging plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
