PDMR Shareholding
Xchanging plc ("Xchanging"), the business technology and services provider, was informed on 12 May 2016 by the following individuals who, in the case of David Bauernfeind, Adrian Guttridge and Jim Reesing are, or, in the case of all other individuals, were at the date of the transaction, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) that, following their acceptance of the recommended cash offer by CSC Computer Sciences International Operations Limited ("CSC Bidco") for the issued share capital of Xchanging (the "Offer") in respect of their shareholdings in Xchanging, the transfer of those shares took effect on 5 May 2016, being the date on which the Offer was declared unconditional in all respects by CSC Bidco.
