Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the following transactions related to options granted to Alex Bevis, Chief Financial Officer, under Xaar plc's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"):

The transaction took place in London. The shares referred to above are Xaar plc ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The exercise price under the LTIP was nil pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bevis retains vested LTIP options over 60,417 shares.
In addition, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 57,822 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
