Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified yesterday that on 27 September 2011, Alex Bevis, Finance Director of the Company, bought 4,170 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 238.3 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 10,724 Ordinary Shares representing less than 0.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified that on 29 September 2011, Ted Wiggans, Operations Director of the Company, bought 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 238.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Wiggans' beneficial interest in the Company is 2,000 Ordinary Shares representing less than 0.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
