ο»Ώ Exercise of Share Options & Total Voting Rights / PDMR Shareholding
WYG announces that on 23 January 2017 the Company issued and allotted 735,758 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of vested share options granted under the Group's Transformation Incentive Plan.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 27 January 2017.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital and total number of voting rights will be 69,865,286 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury.
This figure of 69,865,286 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
As a result of the exercise of share options, a PDMR of the Company received and subsequently sold Ordinary Shares. The disclosures below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provide further detail.
