PDMR Shareholding
On 6 September 2017, the Company was notified that on that day Mike McTighe, Chairman, exercised all his outstanding 1,075,162 options under the Transformation Incentive Plan and sold the resulting shares in the market at a price of 64 pence each.
Following this transaction, Mr McTighe holds 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company and has no outstanding options.
WYG has 70,973,267 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Note: Mr McTighe's options under the Transformation Incentive Plan included his 500,000 options under the Chairman's Matching Share Award granted at the time of the Company's refinancing in July 2011.
