WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 December 2008, 53,077 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of 61.5p per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their November pay.
