PDMR Shareholding
WYG plc, the global programme, project management and technical consultancy, announces, in accordance with the previously announced Dividend Reinvestment Plans ("DRIPs") held by Paul Hamer, Director and Chief Executive Officer with Capita IRG Trustees Limited and David Jeffcoat, a Director of the Company with his broker, the following two transactions.
On 4 April 2017 Mr Hamer purchased 825 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.934 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Hamer's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 129,235 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
On 6 April 2017 Mr Jeffcoat purchased 962 Ordinary Shares, each at a price of £0.933.
Following this transaction, Mr Jeffcoat's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 150,570 Ordinary Shares representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
WYG has 69,898,105 Ordinary Shares in issue.
