Interim Dividend |
As announced in the final results for the year to 31 March 2018 released earlier today, the Board are pleased to announce the payment of the first Interim Dividend in accordance with the Company's new dividend policy announced on 27 April 2018. For the fiscal year ending 31 March 2019, the revised dividend policy will result in the payment of a total dividend of 23.34 pence per share (based on the Net Asset Value of £3.89 per share as at 31 March 2018). The dividend will be payable in four equal instalments, commencing with a dividend of 5.835 pence per share payable on 7 September 2018 to shareholders who appear on the register on 10 August 2018, with an ex-dividend date of 9 August 2018. |
