Director Shareholding
The Company was today informed that Mr John F Waiting, a director of the Company, exercised options over 15,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an exercise price of 50p per share on 6 November 2008. Following this transaction, Mr Waiting's beneficial interest has increased to 20,016 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was also today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 87.89p per share today and a further 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 88.55p per share on Thursday 6th November 2008. Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 345,238 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
