Waterman Group plc ("the Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Mr Roger S Fidgen, Chairman of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 44.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 1st March 2013.

Following the transaction, Mr Fidgen's beneficial interest has increased to 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
