Directorate Change
Waterman Group plc, the international engineering and environmental consultancy, announces that Graham Hiscocks, Arthur Austin and Barry Gore have agreed to step down as directors of the Board with immediate effect. Graham Hiscocks retains the position of Company Secretary.
In conjunction with the above changes to the plc Board, the former Group Management Board will be replaced by a UK Management Board and an International Management Board. The changes will simplify reporting and responsibilities within the business to give greater leadership to these two distinct parts of the Group and more opportunity to focus on existing and new markets.
Roger Fidgen, Chairman of Waterman Group, thanks all three directors for their contribution to the Board over many years.
