Confirmation of Dividend Payment

On 17 September 2010 the Company provided an update to shareholders in respect of the distribution of Dundee Precious Metals Inc common shares ("Dundee Shares") received by the Company pursuant to the disposal of its smelter business in March 2010 to Weatherly shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 19 March 2010 ("the record date").

Weatherly is pleased to confirm that an initial distribution of Dundee Shares by way of a dividend in specie, of 0.00198 Dundee Shares per ordinary share will be paid on 20 October 2010 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 19 March 2010. Fractional entitlements which otherwise would have arisen will be sold for the benefit of the Company.

In addition, for qualifying shareholders holding less than 50,000 ordinary shares as at the record date, and for any qualifying shareholders who have registered addresses in the United States of America or Canada (except for Dundee Precious Metals Inc), the Company intends to pay a cash dividend of 0.76p per ordinary share, being the cash equivalent value of the in specie distribution after expenses incurred by the Company.

A second and final distribution of Dundee Shares, by way of a dividend in specie, of 0.00198 Dundee Shares per ordinary share is expected to be made in mid April 2011 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on the record date. A cash dividend for those qualifying shareholders holding less than 50,000 ordinary shares will also be paid on the same basis as for the initial distribution around this time.
