Holdings in Company
The Company received notification on 31 December 2010 that Gryphon Trading S.A. has sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 20p in the Company and now holds 11.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company confirms that its issued share capital consists of 6,980,300 ordinary shares of 20p each with voting rights at the date of this announcement. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
The figure of 6,980,300 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they require to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
