("Westmount" or the "Company")
Grant of options
Further to the expiry on 31 December 2016 of all outstanding options over Westmount's ordinary shares, the Company is pleased to announce the grant of options over Nil Par Value Ordinary Shares in the Company to the following members of the Westmount Board:

Subject to the continued employment of the Grantee, the Share Options may, at any time before their expiry, be exercised in whole or in multiples of not less than 5,000 Nil Par Value Ordinary Shares in the Company. However, no Ordinary share issued as a result of any such exercise shall normally be sold before 31 December 2017 (except if certain conditions are met, including a takeover or change of control of the Company).
