W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold mining company with assets in Spain and Portugal, was notified by the Company's Chairman, Mr Michael Masterman on 14 August 2019 that on 13 August 2019 Symmall Pty Ltd, of which Mr Michael Masterman (a director of the Company) is both a beneficiary and trustee, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.415p per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Michael Masterman's interest in the Company (including those of related parties) increases to 1,115,772,790 Ordinary Shares representing 18.50% of the Company's total voting rights.
