W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold mining company with assets in Spain and Portugal, was notified by the Company's Chairman, Mr Michael Masterman on 7 August 2018 that on 3 August 2018 Symmall Pty Ltd, of which Mr Michael Masterman (a director of the Company) is both a beneficiary and trustee, purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.477p per Ordinary Share and on the same day his wife, Mrs H Masterman, sold 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.48p per Ordinary Share.

In addition to the above Mrs H Masterman also transferred on 7 August 2018 10,500,000 Ordinary Shares to Symmall Pty Ltd when the share price was 0.49p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr Michael Masterman's interest in the Company (including those of related parties) remains at 1,087,915,648 Ordinary Shares representing 19.86% of the Company's total voting rights.
