Update on Loan Repayment

 

 

Wellnex Life Limited ("Wellnex" or the "Company") (ASX | AIM: WNX), announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 21 October 2025 regarding the repayment of the loan provided by Zack Bozinovski and his wife, the parties continue to work in good faith to finalise a repayment schedule and are now targeting to conclude details of the schedule by 7 November 2025.

 

A further update will be issued once the repayment schedule is finalised.
