Directors'Β Shareholding
TheΒ Company has been advised that 100,000 Ordinary shares of 5p in the CompanyΒ wereΒ purchased by BrettenhamΒ TrustΒ Limited, a companyΒ in which both Mr P C T WarnerΒ (Chairman of the Company)Β and Mr R H WarnerΒ (a Non-executive Director)Β haveΒ anΒ interest.Β The shares were purchased onΒ 19Β December 2008 atΒ 19.25p per share.
Following theΒ purchase,Β Mr P C T Warner has a non-beneficial interest in 9,772,435 shares, representing 17.39Β per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Mr R H Warner has a non-beneficial interest in 5,996,290 shares, representing 10.67Β per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
